Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Esko Soccer - Fall

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to eskosoccer@gmail.com. The request must state the child’s name, age and reason for the refund. ESA will only refund players based on the following: (1) Player moves out of the district before the season begins, (2) Insufficient players prevent team formation, or (3) Player injury with a doctor’s note confirming inability to complete the season, (4) Player makes a high school soccer team. In the event of a refund, the ESA registration fee will be reimbursed, less the AYSA fee, once rosters are confirmed. Uniform kits, including jerseys and shorts, are nonrefundable, as they are customized.

CEC FC Competitive

Tryout fees are nonrefundable. NO REGISTRATION REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ONCE TEAMS ARE FORMED. Any player U12-U18 who is not placed on a CEC FC team will be issued a refund. If tryouts are held, any player who chooses to withdraw their registration prior to participating in a tryout or are not selected for a team will have the registration fee refunded and will not be placed on a team.

Esko United Competitive

Tryout fees are nonrefundable. NO REGISTRATION REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ONCE TEAMS ARE FORMED. Any player U12-U14 who is not placed on a Esko United team will be issued a refund.

CEC U14+ Fall

If a player is unable to be rostered, refunds will be provided. Once a player is rostered on a team, no refunds will be given.
